Booking Engine
The Booking Engine is one of the main components of the LSM. New bookings are entered and existing ones can be altered. Participant related information is automatically extracted and only booking relevant data is entered.
In the case that accommodation is requested or a pick-up service needs to be arranged, this information is also added to the booking. The LSM then monitors the adherence to confirmation terms and notifies the concerned employee accordingly.
Linked to the booking engine are the invoicing and payment monitoring and an automatic data transfer to these modules takes place. In the case that a booking is changed the relevant data is automatically updated in those modules and the respective employee notified. By doing so the LSM assures there is never any data inconsistency.

- Shopping cart concept: one or more courses can be added to a booking.
- Monitoring of full life cycle of a booking starting from booking entry to course end and full payment.
- Automatic notification in the case of required pick up service and soon to be needed accommodation, including the monitoring of in due time data maintenance.
