Lead Management

Source of the Lead Management is the Central Participant Management. Along with all bookings you can enter one or more leads to every contact. Requests you get via email, telephone or advisory service you can save centrally in the system and access them at any time.

LSM also allows you to generate Microsoft Excel lists of your requests via mouse click which includes the desired courses and contact data of the potential client. In the case that the request came from a company or agency, this information is of course also displayed. All in all a perfect starting basis if you want to start a marketing campaign or follow up on leads.

In addition it is also possible to integrate the LSM into your website. This lets you add any requests through your website automatically as a new contact into the participant management including all request information. The system notifies you of this step and after successful consulting you just change the lead into a booking.
